RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. URBARO extends a hassle-free return and exchange policy within a 7-day window post-delivery, with an additional 5-7 days allocated for the transit of returned items.Call +8015437574 or message in (Instagram) @urbaro_india for any doubts. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 200 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 200 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.

2. The pick-up process is attempted twice, and should it falter, you will have to dispatch the shipment back to the company's address. Availability of the Reverse Pick Up service depends  on the presence of the facility within your area pin code.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are met with a store credit issuance within a swift 1-2 working day turnaround post-return pickup. This digital credit is directed to your registered email address or contact number.

4. It is imperative to ensure the returned product mirrors its original condition. Refunds are precluded for products exhibiting signs of wear or returned in suboptimal condition.

5. Cancellation requests for items or orders can be initiated within a 24-hour window from the order placement. This necessitates an email communication to care@urbaro.in, providing your Order ID and the rationale behind the cancellation.

6. Once an order has been dispatched from the warehouse, cancellation becomes unattainable. However, if the delivered product is found to be defective, a return request can be raised upon receipt.

7. In instances of damaged products, a straightforward return process is in place, concluding with a refund within 7 working days post-pickup and verification at our warehouse. Faulty products, when identified from our end, prompt a seamless replacement process. Refunds materialize upon product reception, followed by quality control verification.

8. A processing period of 7 days is requested for returns, culminating in the reflection of the refunded amount in your bank account. Noteworthy is the stipulation that refund/bank transfer options are exclusively pertinent to prepaid orders and online payments made via our website.

9. Payments executed via the Cash on Delivery option translate to store credit equivalent to the payment sum, presenting a flexible utility.

10. Noteworthy is the irrevocable nature of non-refundable shipping charges.

11. For prompt resolution of concerns, our customer support portal can be accessed via Instagram @urbaro_india or through a direct call to +91 8015437574 (operational Monday through Saturday, from 10 am to 8 pm). Pending queries are accorded priority resolution on the subsequent day.

12. Adhering to stringent hygiene standards, certain product categories including accessories, masks, boxers, briefs, trunks, and perfumes, are excluded from our return policy. It is within URBARO's prerogative, without prior notice, to amend the list of products or categories to which this policy applies.

13.We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
